Nativity
Every child in every school has one Christmas wish, to star in a Nativity, and at St Bernadette's School they 're attempting to mount a musical version! Only trouble is teacher Mr Maddens has promised that a Hollywood producer is coming to see the show to turn it into a film. Join him, his teaching assistant the crazy Mr Poppy, hilarious children and a whole lot of sparkle and shine as they struggle to make everyone's Christmas wish come true.
Beauty and the Beast
Join Belle on a magical adventure as she sets out to rescue her father from a mysterious castle, home to a fearsome Beast cursed by the wicked Sorceress Sourbreath. As Belle takes her father 's place, she discovers there may be more to the Beast than meets the eye.
All You Need Is Love
The Louth Playgoers are presenting another concert, this time filled with love. Celebrate Valentine's Day with your significant other by watching a collection of some of the greatest love songs.
Featuring Elite Academy of Dance, a live band and some of the best voices Louth Playgoers have to offer, this is a night of love you don't want to miss out on.
A Night of Two Acts (New Writing)
Two brand-new comedies. One unforgettable evening.
Meet Eddie, a man struggling with redundancy, an overbearing wife, and a goldfish that may, or may not, be offering life advice. Then journey to the pearly gates with the Watsons, where Heaven's bureaucracy proves almost as challenging as life itself.
Packed with sharp wit, eccentric characters, and plenty of laughs, A Night of Two Acts celebrates the creativity of new writing with two hilarious one-act plays brought to life on stage for the very first time.
The Girl on the Train
Rachel Watson longs for a different life. Her only escape is the perfect couple she watches through the train window every day, happy and in love. Or so it appears. When Rachel learns that the woman she's been secretly watching has suddenly disappeared, she finds herself as a witness and even a suspect in a thrilling mystery in which she will face bigger revelations than she could ever have anticipated.
The Full Monty
In 1997, a BAFTA award-winning British film about six out-of-work Sheffield steelworkers with nothing to lose took the world by storm. And now they’re back, live on stage... only for them, it really has to be The Full Monty. Simon Beaufoy, the Oscar-winning writer of the film, has now gone back to Sheffield where it all started to rediscover the men, the women, the heartache and the hilarity of a city on the dole.
Due to nudity and language, this show is unsuitable for children under 12 years old.
Naughty Numbers
Louth Playgoers annual Summer show is back...and this year marks concert number 10!
Over the course of 9 previous summer concerts we've had the pleasure to perform almost 300 songs from a wide scope of musicals and movie repertoires...but there are some truly iconic numbers we've not yet been able to put our spin on. Songs that perhaps are a little bit...naughty!
This year LPS are proud to bring you "Naughty Numbers" - a selection of fantastic, funny and fiery songs from the shows and beyond that you will not previously have heard on The Riverhead Theatre stage.
Expect classic anthems from 'Book Of Mormon" to "Avenue Q, "Jerry Springer" to "Spamelot," "Hamilton" to "Heathers." And many, many more!
There really is something for everyone to discover in this two hour extravaganza!

Make It Count - Scratch Night Winner
A time-twisting, darkly funny love story of second chances and fate’s fine print, MAKE IT COUNT asks: what would you change if you could live your marriage again… and what might you destroy by trying?
When Jonas dies suddenly, the afterlife admits an error: he wasn’t meant to go.
Offered the chance to return, he takes it—only to learn the “refund policy” is brutal: he must go back sixteen years to the night he first met Lily, who doesn’t know him yet, their marriage is suddenly something he has to earn—again.
Jonas tries to rebuild a love story he remembers in a life Lily hasn’t yet lived, trapped between romance, manipulation, and the cosmic consequences of getting it wrong.

Disney’s The Little Mermaid
Based on one of Hans Christian Andersen's most beloved stories and the classic animated film, Disney's The Little Mermaid is a hauntingly beautiful love story for the ages. With music by eight-time Academy Award winner, Alan Menken, lyrics by Howard Ashman and Glenn Slater and a compelling book by Doug Wright, this fishy fable will capture your heart with its irresistible songs, including "Under the Sea," "Kiss the Girl" and "Part of Your World."
Ariel, King Triton's youngest daughter, wishes to pursue the human Prince Eric in the world above, bargaining with the evil sea witch, Ursula, to trade her tail for legs. But the bargain is not what it seems, and Ariel needs the help of her colorful friends, Flounder the fish, Scuttle the seagull and Sebastian the crab to restore order under the sea.
Disney's The Little Mermaid will feature colourful characters, beautiful sets and some of the best-known songs from the past 30 years.
Keeping Up Appearances
Step into the world of one of Britain's most beloved sitcoms in this new stage adaptation of Keeping Up Appearances. Featuring the iconic characters from the classic BBC comedy, this fresh and hilarious production brings Hyacinth Bucket (pronounced Bookay, of course!) back to the stage in a delightful new story.
When Hyacinth sets her sights on the world of amateur dramatics, chaos is sure to follow. As she attempts to bring her unique brand of class and refinement to the local theatre group, tensions rise, tempers flare, and the results are nothing short of spectacularly funny.
With all the charm, wit, and farcical fun of the original TV series, this stage play is a must-see for fans of classic British comedy. Will Hyacinth finally get the recognition she believes she deserves? Or will her theatrical ambitions take a dramatic turn?
Jack & The Beanstalk
Join us for a magical adventure in our annual Pantomime Jack and the Beanstalk. Follow the daring young Jack as he embarks on a thrilling quest to save his village from the clutches of the fearsome Giant Blundabore and his wicked henchman, Fleshcreep. With the help of his mischievous brother Simon, their lovable cow Daisy, and the ever-charming Dame Trot, Jack sets off on a journey filled with laughter, music, and surprises. But when he trades his family’s last hope for a handful of mysterious beans, he soon discovers that sometimes, the most extraordinary adventures begin in the most unexpected ways.
Packed with hilarious comedy, catchy songs, and plenty of audience participation, this traditional pantomime promises fun for the whole family. Cheer for our heroes, boo the villain, and marvel at the magic as a towering beanstalk leads to an adventure beyond the clouds!
