It's concert time once again at LPS, and this year we are performing our very first Halloween concert - TRICK OR TREAT!
There will be around 30 spooky songs from the worlds of musical theatre, pop, TV and film for you all to have a go at!
Show Date - Saturday 26th October 2024 - 2.30pm and 7.30pm
Meeting/Song Allocation - Sunday 1st September - 2pm - 3pm - The Studio, Louth Riverhead Theatre.
Fees - All performers must have a Louth Playgoers Gold Membership (£20.00 - can be purchased after the initial meeting if you don't already have one). £10.00 show fee per performer.
This concert is open to anyone aged 16 (in sixth form) and above.
There is no audition to take part but if you wish to sing a solo, and you haven't previously sung solo in an LPS concert, you will need to sing something that shows us your range/ability at the initial meeting in order to be considered for solo songs.
Those wanting to take part in this season’s Pantomime can still take part in this concert.
Rehearsal dates are below. As we have very few rehearsals, commitment is essential so we can keep on track ready for performance day. So please do check your diaries before signing up for the show. The compulsory rehearsals have been highlighted below:-
