Doug Allan Tues 29th Oct

Doug Allan: Wild Images, Wild Life

Tuesday 29th October 7.30pm

Tickets £13.00 TheatreCards £11.50

We are very fortunate to have legendary wildlife photographer Doug Allan visiting Louth Riverhead Theatre with his tour of Doug Allan: Wild Images, Wild Life on Tuesday 29th October at 7.30pm.

As described by Sir David Attenborough:

'Wildlife cameramen don’t come much more special than Doug Allan’

As the current topic of climate change is hot right now, this new presentation traces Doug’s personal journey as he discusses how he’s seen pollution and climate change affect the natural world.

Join multi-award winning wildlife cameraman Doug for an evening of behind the scenes stories for all the family, with highlights from the most challenging assignments of his 35 years filming wildlife in the remotest places on Earth. Find out if snow leopards or leopard seals are the most scary; discover how to get close to the biggest fish in the sea and whether your eyeballs freeze at minus 50.

You can book tickets for this show which also includes an Audience Question and Answer session, at or from the Box Office on 01507 600350 which is open 10am - 1pm Monday - Saturday

Identity Crisis Fri 25th Oct

Identity Crisis

Friday 25th October 7.30pm

Tickets £8.00

We first met Identity Crisis as 2 of the members of The Commitment Brothers when they played at Louth Riverhead Theatre in February. This October, Mark and Tango are back with something a little different for the debut performance.

Acoustic-Electric, multi-instrumental musical duo Identity Crisis take to the stage to bring you their eclectic mix of original compositions and a unique approach to popular covers, all in one show. Between them they will be playing more than 10 different instruments, some of which you will be familiar with i.e. guitars, some that are not so familiar and the occasional child’s toy. Using their tight vocal harmonies on classic hits from artists such as Crowded House, Fleetwood Mac, The Levellers, The Blues Brothers, KT Tunstall, Seth Lakeman, Jason Mraz, The Rolling Stones, James, Paul Simon, Pink Floyd, Dire Straits and The Beatles amongst many others. Truly something for everyone, a warm welcome and entertaining evening awaits you.
